On April 12, an auto accident occurred while driving to work in South Charlotte.

The person in front then took a U-turn and attempted to flee but was unsuccessful. and attempted to take the southbound exit, recording his license plate on video and two cars parked in front of him.
The tire is damaged so that it can't turn left or right, the car key inside can't turn left or right, the driver's side door won't open up full all the way.

A 1-foot opening opened and exited a car exiting the North 85 exit.

I am from another Nationality and I get discriminated against on each accident.
Requesting to find a CC camera on the intersection and get a copy.

probably they are in a group or racing on highway and exit thru going on ramp and driving back to highway.
